Appeals for Mid-year Admission to Shenley Brook End School
Parents have the right to appeal a decision not to offer their child a place at Shenley Brook End School. An appeal form and parental guidance are available below.
Completed appeal forms, together with any supporting documentation, should be returned to: Clerk Associates c/o Shenley Brook End School Walbank Grove Milton Keynes MK5 7ZT
In-year appeals must be submitted within 14 days of receiving written notification from the school that no place is available. Appeals will be heard within 30 school days of the school receiving the completed appeal application.
If an appeal is unsuccessful, there is no right to a second appeal within the same academic year unless there has been a significant and material change in circumstances that would affect the application under the oversubscription criteria.
