The school is available for hire evenings, weekends and school holidays. The school has a wide range of facilities for hire.

Sports Hall

A four court Badminton facility also available for Netball, Football, Basketball, Cricket nets, and Short Tennis with a floor designed to enhance performance.

Cricket Nets

Including 2 Bola Bowling Machines and 4 cricket nets. Available for hire to enhance both coaching and practice sessions.

Astroturf

Both casual use and leagues available.

Gymnasium

A wooden sprung floor - ideal for Fitness Classes, Netball training and Martial Arts.

Dance Studio

Modern dance, ballroom dancing and martial arts classes.

Hardcourt Area

Available for Football, Basketball, Tennis and Netball.

Outdoor Activites

Field available for hire.

Theatre

We have a fantastic theatre space available for hire with a racked seating area for 425 people (with additional seating between proscenium arch and front of racked seating which increases capacity to 463). A lighting and sound technician is available (please ask about the cost) to assist during your hire. We are also able to provide a staging area at the front of the stage.

Shenley Brook End School is committed to its Extended Schools provision. The synthetic turf pitches are available for the community to hire and the school’s aim is to keep this to a reasonable cost, so that many local groups can make use of them. The full area of 60 x 210 metres is suitable for 7 a side training and matches, or this can be divided into 2 five-a-side pitches by using our full length weighted curtain. In the winter, the pitches will be floodlit from 5.30pm – 9.00pm. For further details or to hire the facilities please telephone 01908 524109. Please note the sports centre does not open to the public during school hours and staff are only available to speak to about lettings from 5.00pm-10.00pm weekdays, 8.30am-5.30pm weekends. 

We have a range of other rooms available including ICT suites. Each ICT suite has an interactive whiteboard, projector and between 26 and 32 computers, each with a wide variety of software installed and available for use.
