How to apply

A website “Citizen Portal” has been launched by Milton Keynes Council to help you find out if your child qualifies for this extra funding.

Please visit to sign up, even if you have applied before and do not think you are eligible. In doing so you will help us to find out whether we can claim pupil premium for your child. This is additional funding to spend on resources such as extra staff, books or school trips for eligible children.

The system is quick and simple to use and can be accessed via any computer. If you qualify, you will receive an application summary to inform you that you are eligible.   It will also provide you with a reference number.  Simply print this out and bring it in to the school reception to start receiving free meals and extra support.

Please register at:   https://emsonline.milton-keynes.gov.uk/CitizenPortal_LIVE

The current allocation for pupils in receipt of Free School Meals is £2.50 per day.
